Join Tahaluf as a Marketing Manager and be part of a dynamic team that is revolutionizing the B2B events landscape in Saudi Arabia. As a Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the marketing strategies for two of the region's most influential life science and pharmaceutical events. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely, allowing you to contribute to exciting projects from anywhere.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the end-to-end marketing cycle for CPHI Middle East and BIO Middle East, focusing on awareness, interest, conversion, and retention.
  • Develop a sophisticated data-segmentation strategy to effectively target specific niches within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Manage the marketing budget to ensure optimal ROI across all channels, including paid, earned, and owned media.
  • Drive high-quality Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) through inbound marketing and targeted LinkedIn campaigns.
  • Oversee the creation of thought-leadership content, including whitepapers and webinars, to position the events as industry leaders.
  • Act as the primary marketing liaison for local health authorities and trade associations to foster strategic partnerships.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure a seamless brand experience on-site during events.
  • Provide weekly KPI reports on registration pacing and exhibitors' MQLs to track success and areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B event marketing, particularly within the Pharmaceutical, Biotech, or Healthcare sectors.
  • Proficient in marketing automation tools and digital marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM and Google Analytics (GA4).
  • Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Experience with event management software and CRM systems.
  • Familiarity with content marketing and lead generation best practices.
  • Previous experience working with government and regulatory bodies.
