About the Role

We're hiring a Marketing Coordinator - Specialty (Remote) to join our dynamic team at CLS Health. This role is essential in executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive patient acquisition and enhance the visibility of our physician and specialty services. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Marketing Manager and ensuring the success of our marketing initiatives.

What You'll Do

  • Assist in executing integrated marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, print, email, and social media.
  • Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, and creative requests to ensure timely execution.
  • Track campaign tasks and status updates using project management tools like Asana.
  • Support the distribution of campaign assets across multiple platforms.
  • Work closely with channel marketers to ensure campaign alignment and effective execution.
  • Gather feedback and approvals from internal stakeholders to finalize marketing materials.
  • Assist in creating and updating marketing materials that promote our physicians and specialty services.
  • Track campaign performance and provide summary updates to the Marketing Manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of relevant work experience in marketing coordination.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with Asana or similar project management platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing and healthcare marketing environments.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta ads.
