About the Role

We're excited to announce an opening for a Marketing Coordinator remote position at DaySmart Vet. Established in 2011, DaySmart Vet (powered by Vetter Software) is dedicated to delivering easy-to-use, cloud-based practice management software tailored for veterinary clinics. Our mission is to empower clinics by automating tasks and improving client communication. As a Marketing Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in our marketing efforts, working alongside experienced SaaS marketers across various channels.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Manager to plan and execute multi-touch campaigns targeting both new prospects and existing customers.
• Manage campaign timelines and coordinate across stakeholders to ensure clear communication of objectives and deliverables.
• Create and optimize marketing assets including landing pages, blog posts, webinars, and emails.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to feature them in case studies and testimonials.
• Help transform satisfied customers into powerful advocates for our brand.

Requirements

• 2+ years of marketing experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Strong writing skills with the ability to create engaging content across various formats.
• Excellent organizational skills to keep projects on track.
• Familiarity with marketing tools like WordPress, Marketo, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
