About the Role

We are looking for a talented Customer Support Agent to join our team remotely. You will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers while working remotely.

What You'll Do

• Communicate with customers through live chat and emails, ensuring a prompt and empathetic attitude.
• Acknowledge and resolve customer issues and queries effectively.
• Keep up to date with product terms, offers, and functions to provide accurate information.
• Report and escalate advanced customer queries to the relevant departments.
• Perform first-step investigations on queries and issues to facilitate resolutions.

Requirements

• Proficiency in both written and verbal English, with excellent language skills.
• Strong communication abilities, enabling effective interaction and collaboration.
• Solid computer literacy and adept typing skills.
• Ability to perform effectively within a multitasking work environment.
• 2+ years of experience in online customer support is mandatory.

Nice to Have

• Experience with customer support software and tools.
• Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
