Marketing Associate - Remote Opportunity at OM Pharma

About the Role

We are excited to announce a new opportunity for a Marketing Associate - Remote position at OM Pharma, located in Villars-sur-Glâne, Switzerland. In this role, you will report directly to the Product Manager and play a crucial part in defining, deploying, and evaluating marketing initiatives for our product portfolio dedicated to Bacterial Lysates. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in the biopharmaceutical industry while working remotely.

What You'll Do

• Monitor and analyze market and competitor performance to support marketing decision-making.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of brand and portfolio marketing strategies.
• Support the creation and development of marketing materials aligned with the defined strategy.
• Coordinate specific marketing projects with internal teams and external partners.
• Collaborate with marketing agencies to design and implement communication materials.
• Ensure smooth communication and close collaboration with cross-functional teams (medical, sales, regulatory affairs, etc.).
• Support the Product Manager in the day-to-day management of marketing activities and project follow-up.

Requirements

• Higher education degree in marketing, business, medical sciences, or a related field.
• Initial marketing experience (1–3 years, including internships) within the pharmaceutical industry or a related sector.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Professional proficiency in English, with fluency in either French or German and a solid working knowledge of the other language.
• Good analytical skills with a solution-driven and results-oriented mindset.
• Curious and forward-thinking, confident in sharing ideas and proposing new perspectives.
• Comfortable in multidisciplinary environments, able to build trusting relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• Experience in digital marketing strategies.
• Knowledge of CRM systems.
• Familiarity with market research tools.
