About the Role

What You'll Do
- Drive daily prepaid and postpaid acquisition through modern trade chain stores and smartphone outlets.
- Ensure end-to-end productivity through effective channel engagement, team hiring, and capability building.
- Participate in key account management for chain stores and structured channel engagement.
- Monitor and drive productivity targets for team leaders and promoters through continuous capability building interventions.
- Oversee all operations related to modern trade and smartphone outlets, including cost control, service levels, and stock availability.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in Telecom, FMCG, or smartphone channel sales.
- Proven ability in effective key account management.
- Strong motivation skills to build team capability.
- Self-driven with the ability to operate with minimal guidance.
- Sell-out experience is desired.
- Graduate degree; MBA preferred.
- Fluency in English and local market language.
Nice to Have
- Experience in mobile number portability initiatives.
- Knowledge of 4G extraction processes.
- Experience in managing productivity targets in a telecom environment.
