Manager of FP&A - Remote Position

About the Role

We are seeking a Manager of FP&A - Remote to join our dynamic team at Aledade. In this role, you will lead comprehensive planning and budgeting initiatives that are critical to our mission of empowering independent primary care practices. As a key player in our finance team, you will help drive financial sustainability and operational efficiency through innovative tools and support.

What You'll Do

• Manage the annual budget process, ensuring alignment with Aledade's strategic goals.
• Collaborate with Finance Business Partners and business leads to facilitate effective financial planning.
• Lead budget variance analysis and create executive-level presentations that communicate insights and recommendations.
• Assist in utilizing NetSuite Planning and Budgeting for accurate forecasting and reporting.
• Conduct ad-hoc reporting and analysis to support decision-making processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 7+ years of work experience in Finance, with a focus on FP&A.
• Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling capabilities.
• Strong analytical abilities to interpret complex financial data.
• Proficiency in Google’s suite of products for effective collaboration.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A team player attitude with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience in healthcare finance or a related field.
• Familiarity with financial software tools beyond NetSuite.
• Leadership experience in managing finance teams.
