What You'll Do

• Own and design Zillow’s internship program to modernize the intern experience for professional growth.
• Collaborate with Learning & Development and business leaders to create scalable experiences that reflect Zillow’s culture.
• Align early-career pathways from internship to full-time roles, ensuring a smooth transition for interns.
• Build community through events and cohort experiences that foster belonging and inclusivity for early-career talent.
• Use data and feedback for continuous program improvement, ensuring the program meets the needs of interns and the company.
• Manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment, demonstrating strong organizational skills.
• Communicate effectively across diverse teams to promote the internship program and its benefits.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in program management or early-career roles.
• Proven success in designing and scaling internship programs.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with data-driven program assessment.
• Comfortable in hybrid or distributed work environments.
