Manager, Lifecycle Marketing - Remote

About the Role

We're hiring a Manager, Lifecycle Marketing - Remote to join our team at BetterHelp, the world's largest online therapy service. In this role, you will lead engagement and retention efforts for our provider network, developing and implementing data-driven lifecycle marketing strategies that resonate with our mission to make mental health care accessible to everyone.

What You'll Do

• Lead engagement and retention efforts for the provider network.
• Develop and implement data-driven lifecycle marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to design personalized journeys for our users.
• Build automated workflows and behavioral triggers to enhance user experience.
• Run A/B tests and analyze campaign performance to optimize results.
• Support the development of a provider lifecycle roadmap that aligns with BetterHelp’s mission.
• Ensure all communications reflect BetterHelp’s values and commitment to mental health.
• Stay current on lifecycle best practices and CRM tools to drive innovation.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing.
• Experience in two-sided marketplaces or subscription businesses.
• Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and lifecycle optimization.
• Experience with modern ESPs and marketing automation platforms.
• Strong analytical mindset and experience with A/B testing.
• Cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with privacy regulations.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the mental health or wellness industry.
• Knowledge of digital marketing trends and tools.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
