Consultant for Zurich Climate Resilience Alliance - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a Consultant for the Zurich Climate Resilience Alliance to conduct a mid-term review of our global influencing work. This remote consultancy position allows you to engage with diverse stakeholders and provide strategic recommendations that will shape future directions for climate resilience initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Conduct a strategic review of the Zurich Climate Resilience Alliance's HQ team.
• Assess global influencing activities and their effectiveness.
• Provide actionable recommendations for future phases of the project.
• Engage with diverse stakeholders to gather insights and perspectives.
• Produce concise, strategic outputs including reports and presentations.
• Utilize qualitative research and analysis skills to inform decision-making.
• Work remotely with flexibility in location.
• Participate in a strategy refresh meeting in the UK in May 2026.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in global advocacy and policy influencing.
• Good understanding of international climate policy processes.
• Proven experience in conducting strategic reviews and evaluations.
• Experience working with NGOs or international organizations.
• Strong qualitative research and analysis skills.
• Ability to produce concise, decision-oriented outputs.
• Effective engagement with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to deliver high-quality work within tight timeframes.
