  • Utilize data visualization tools like Tableau to enhance data analysis.
  • Engage with various data sources and structures to drive insights.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
  • Experience with data visualization platforms such as Tableau.
  • Familiarity with CX platforms like Medallia and Qualtrics.
  • Experience in building dashboards for product usage analysis.
  • Curiosity to explore new data sources and comfort collaborating across functions.
  • Strong communication skills for presenting senior-level findings.
  • Experience with CRM/support systems like Salesforce.
