As a Senior HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in shaping our HR practices and ensuring a seamless employee experience.

What You'll Do

• Assist with end-to-end onboarding and offboarding for employees, ensuring a smooth transition for all staff.
• Maintain administrative access to core systems and manage user access effectively.
• Keep accurate employee records across HRIS, payroll, and benefits systems.
• Manage and process hourly employee timecards to ensure timely and accurate payroll.
• Act as a liaison for leave management and compliance, ensuring adherence to regulations.
• Develop and maintain HR policies and standard operating procedures that align with company goals.
• Build strong relationships with managers across teams to foster a collaborative work environment.
• Support benefits administration and open enrollment processes for employees.
• Evaluate and improve HR tools as the company grows, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
• Respond to employee and manager inquiries in a timely manner, providing excellent support.

Requirements

• 3+ years of HR experience in a generalist role, preferably in a startup or fast-growing company.
• Strong operational HR background with a focus on employee engagement.
• Experience supporting a multi-state workforce, understanding the complexities involved.
• Comfortable being highly employee-facing and proactive in addressing HR needs.
• Ability to embrace ambiguity and adapt to changing circumstances.
