What You'll Do
- Lead execution of outbound calling strategies to meet sales targets.
- Manage relationships with contact center vendors to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor vendor performance against KPIs to drive results.
- Develop and implement quality assurance protocols for vendor operations.
- Analyze performance data for optimization and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in all vendor interactions.
- Serve as the primary contact between internal stakeholders and vendors.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management to communicate progress and insights.
- Handle escalated customer issues effectively to maintain satisfaction.
- Develop and implement training programs for vendor teams to enhance performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in team management, particularly in outbound sales.
- Experience in managing contact centers and BPO operations is essential.
- Strong customer focus and advocacy skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven track record in developing staff and fostering a positive work environment.
- Strong negotiation skills to manage vendor contracts.
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends for strategic decision-making.
- Experience in the broadband or telecom industry is a plus.
