About the Role

Brightspeed is seeking a Manager, Vendor Management - Outbound Sales to join our dynamic team. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity to lead the execution of our outbound calling strategies while managing vendor relationships. What You'll Do

  • Lead execution of outbound calling strategies to meet sales targets.
  • Manage relationships with contact center vendors to ensure optimal performance.
  • Monitor vendor performance against KPIs to drive results.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance protocols for vendor operations.
  • Analyze performance data for optimization and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in all vendor interactions.
  • Serve as the primary contact between internal stakeholders and vendors.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior management to communicate progress and insights.
  • Handle escalated customer issues effectively to maintain satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement training programs for vendor teams to enhance performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in team management, particularly in outbound sales.
  • Experience in managing contact centers and BPO operations is essential.
  • Strong customer focus and advocacy skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven track record in developing staff and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Strong negotiation skills to manage vendor contracts.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify trends for strategic decision-making.
  • Experience in the broadband or telecom industry is a plus.
