What You'll Do

• Own and drive a portfolio of strategic People projects end-to-end.
• Build and manage project plans, timelines, and stakeholder communications.
• Lead complex company-wide initiatives like performance review programs.
• Facilitate workshops to clarify requirements and define processes.
• Define and track measurable outcomes for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate rollout communications and enablement for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders across the business to ensure alignment and success.
• Utilize your analytical mindset to interpret metrics and reporting effectively.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience in strategic HR/People projects.
• Strong program/project management fundamentals.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Experience in regulated environments is a plus.
• Certifications like PMP or Agile/Scrum are desirable.
• Experience with leadership development programs.
