About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Logistics & Export Coordinator remote to manage the end-to-end flow of inbound and export logistics for our operations. In this role, you will coordinate transportation activities with carriers and freight forwarders, ensuring timely, accurate, and cost-effective movement of goods.

What You'll Do

  • Act as a key communication link between internal teams and external partners, facilitating smooth operations and resolving issues that may impact delivery timelines.
  • Coordinate freight, export documentation, and transport logistics to optimize efficiency and support operational goals.
  • Monitor key performance indicators, report on logistics outcomes, and support ongoing efforts to improve service levels and reduce costs.
  • Create and distribute production order picklists for forklift operators to ensure accurate stock allocation and picking.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance processes, streamline workflows, and improve overall logistics performance.

Requirements

  • Experience coordinating freight, export documentation, and transport logistics.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to solve problems, manage competing deadlines, and maintain accuracy under pressure.
  • A continuous improvement mindset with a focus on efficiency and operational excellence.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially when managing documentation and reporting.
  • Experience with ERP or logistics management systems (preferred).
  • A team-focused approach and a commitment to meeting business and customer delivery expectations.
