About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to join our team remotely. In this role, you will own the post-purchase communication journey for our largest live and virtual events, ensuring every client is informed, prepared, and fully engaged. As a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist, you will design and manage multi-channel communication campaigns that span over 100 days, engaging thousands of participants.

What You'll Do

  • Design and execute multi-phase communication strategies across email, SMS, messaging platforms, and client portals.
  • Build advanced audience segmentation based on purchase behavior, source, timing, and engagement history.
  • Develop structured communication “flight plans” that guide clients from enrollment to attendance.
  • Implement dynamic messaging logic and suppression rules to enhance engagement while preventing over-communication.
  • Ensure all messaging reflects Tony Robbins' brand standards and transformational impact.
  • Manage 4–6 concurrent event campaigns with competing deadlines and complex dependencies.
  • Utilize Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, or similar platforms to build, QA-test, schedule, and monitor workflows.
  • Analyze performance metrics including open rates, click-through rates, and attendance trends to continuously optimize workflows.

Requirements

  • 3–6+ years in lifecycle marketing, CRM campaign management, or event communications.
  • Experience managing multi-channel campaigns at scale.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, or comparable platforms.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
