Growth Marketing Manager - Remote Position

What You’ll Do
- Execute and optimize high-performance multi-channel campaigns designed to generate demo requests and quality conversions.
- Tailor messaging and campaign strategies for diverse personas, including technical users, team leaders, and economic buyers.
- Align with Product Marketing and Corporate Communications to support product launches and strategic initiatives.
- Develop and execute Account-Based Experience (ABX) campaigns targeting high-value enterprise prospects.
- Collaborate with Sales and Partnerships to create outbound plays and co-marketing activations aimed at decision-makers.
- Define and track success metrics such as demo requests, MQLs, and conversion rates to pipeline.
- Analyze campaign performance and surface insights to enhance growth strategies.
- Launch and iterate on growth experiments with clear hypotheses and measurable outcomes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 3 years focused on Demand Generation or Growth Marketing.
- Proven ability to drive pipeline and revenue growth in complex sales cycles.
- Strong track record of aligning marketing and sales to achieve measurable business outcomes.
- Familiarity with foundational GTM platforms such as SFDC, HubSpot, and AI-driven marketing approaches.
- Excellent analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
