Sales Director - APAC Region (Remote)
About the Role
We are hiring a Sales Director - APAC Region (Remote) to lead our business development efforts in the Asia-Pacific region. As a key player in our team, you will have full ownership of the customer lifecycle, balancing new business acquisition with customer retention and upsell initiatives. What You'll Do
- Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and renewals.
- Establish trust and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Advocate for customers by representing their interests and ensuring their needs are communicated effectively within the company.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their long-term goals and align our products to meet those goals.
- Manage contract negotiations, renewals, and any changes to the customer’s subscription or service agreement.
- Gather customer feedback and insights to drive product improvements.
Requirements
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- 5+ years of experience in a sales role.
- Experience managing and leading others in a professional environment.
- A customer-focused mindset, prioritizing customer experience in every action.
- Proven track record of using data and reporting to guide decision making.
- Ability to translate complicated concepts to non-technical people while effectively communicating with technical stakeholders.
- Exceptional account management and customer service skills, backed by excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A natural problem solver capable of dissecting issues and developing actionable plans.
