What You'll Do

  • Serve as the first line of support for homeowners, handling high-volume inbound and outbound customer interactions.
  • Educate policyholders on coverage details and policy changes, ensuring they understand their options.
  • Process homeowners insurance policies and payments efficiently.
  • Navigate multiple internal systems to resolve inquiries and provide accurate information.
  • Complete a mandatory, paid 10-week training program to equip you with the necessary skills.
  • Work in a remote-first environment, collaborating with a supportive team.
  • Utilize your active Property & Casualty (P&C) license to assist customers effectively.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and empathy skills to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
  • 6+ months of customer service experience in P&C insurance.
  • Experience in a high-volume call center environment is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with homeowners insurance policies and the ability to explain coverage clearly.
  • Comfort with multiple systems and tools to manage customer interactions.
  • Strong active listening skills to understand customer needs.
  • Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) proficiency is a bonus.
