About the Role

FeverUp is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Agent - Portuguese (Afternoon Shift) Remote to join our dynamic team. As a Customer Service Agent, you will provide exceptional service to our customers while working from the comfort of your home. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about helping others and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service via email, phone, and social media, ensuring all inquiries are addressed promptly.
• Manage incoming calls and customer inquiries, offering accurate information using the right tools.
• Handle customer complaints effectively and ensure timely resolution.
• Follow company communication procedures and policies to maintain high service standards.
• Engage customers effectively to enhance their experience with FeverUp.
• Work schedule: 4 PM - 12 AM with a 30-minute break.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese and English is mandatory.
• Previous experience in customer service or user support is preferred.
• Familiarity with Zendesk or similar customer service tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong time-management abilities.
• Flexible and adaptable to changes in a dynamic work environment.
• Must reside in Spain.
