About the Role

We are looking for a passionate Setter/Closer for Women's Coaching to join our remote team. In this role, you will empower women in dating and relationships, helping them overcome their fears and disappointments. As a Setter/Closer for Women's Coaching, you will play a crucial role in our mission to create a positive impact on women's lives.

What You'll Do

• Conduct initial conversations to qualify leads and understand their needs.
• Perform sales conversations with empathy and understanding.
• Maintain and update the customer database for effective follow-up.
• Work independently with a reliable and structured work ethic.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Setter and Closer in high ticket sales, with a notable achievement of closing volumes of €100,000 or more.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of empathy for leads.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for sales.
• Experience in personal development and coaching is a plus.
• Ability to work on a commission basis, with earnings ranging from 5-15% depending on experience.

Nice to Have

• Experience in women's coaching or related fields.
• Familiarity with CRM tools for managing leads.
