Quality Control Chemist - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Quality Control Chemist to join Bayer's dynamic team remotely. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our pharmaceutical products meet the highest quality standards. As a Quality Control Chemist, you will conduct chemical and analytical testing in a GMP-regulated environment, contributing to the safety and efficacy of products for patients worldwide.

What You'll Do

• Conduct chemical and analytical tests in compliance with GMP regulations.
• Prepare and process samples according to valid testing protocols.
• Document results and maintain accurate records in accordance with GMP standards.
• Analyze laboratory results using SAP and LIMS systems.
• Operate, maintain, and qualify laboratory equipment.
• Support continuous improvement of laboratory processes and workflows.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues in Quality Control and related teams.
• Ensure high data quality through meticulous work practices.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a Chemist or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in a GMP-regulated environment is essential.
• Proficiency in using computer-based analytical instruments such as HPLC or GC.
• Strong knowledge in instrumental analytics is required.
• Ability to work independently, structured, and reliably.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong team player.
• Fluent in German is a must.

Nice to Have

• Experience with laboratory automation systems.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance in pharmaceuticals.
• Familiarity with quality assurance processes.
