Lead Warehouse Operations Manager - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Lead Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee our warehouse operations remotely. In this role, you will implement and monitor operational policies and strategies, ensuring that all activities run effectively and in accordance with procedures. As a Lead Warehouse Operations Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the condition of facilities, tools, and equipment through regular monitoring.

What You'll Do

• Implement and monitor warehouse operational policies and strategies.
• Oversee all operational activities to ensure effectiveness and compliance with procedures.
• Ensure the condition of warehouse facilities, tools, and equipment is well-managed through periodic monitoring.
• Establish effective coordination and communication with internal parties, customers, and external agencies.
• Prepare reports related to customer occupancy and warehouse performance, developing action plans based on operational findings.
• Maintain inventory accuracy within the warehouse.
• Ensure all warehouse activities align with the company's safety values.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any major, preferably in Engineering.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Understanding of Bounded Logistic Center (BLC) concepts and operations.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to be assigned to site areas or remote locations, either temporarily or long-term.
• Proactive in providing initiatives or improvements related to warehouse operations.

Nice to Have

• Experience in budgeting and financial planning.
• Knowledge of customs clearance and export-import laws and regulations.
• Familiarity with fleet management and material handling.
