What You'll Do

• Implement and configure SAP SuccessFactors Time Management solutions, focusing on Time Tracking and Time Off modules.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and provide tailored solutions that meet their business needs.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users to ensure smooth adoption of the system.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for clients, ensuring optimal performance of the SAP SuccessFactors modules.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our service offerings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, specifically in Time Management.
• Proficiency in additional SAP SuccessFactors modules is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills, autonomy, and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally as needed.
