About the Role
We’re looking for a Group Operations Trainer to join our team remotely. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of our Learning & Development initiatives within the Customer Operations function. As a Group Operations Trainer remote, you will bring your expertise to design and deliver high-quality training that supports our transformation towards more digital and AI-enabled processes.
What You’ll Do
- Design and deliver high-impact learning solutions across various operational areas.
- Lead digital learning design and contribute to our digital transformation efforts.
- Conduct learning needs analysis to identify skills gaps and tailor training programs accordingly.
- Upskill existing colleagues through engaging and modern training methods.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand evolving training needs.
- Deliver both virtual and face-to-face training sessions, with some travel required.
- Bring an external perspective to help shape the future of our learning function.
Requirements
- Strong experience in Learning & Development, particularly in digital training design and delivery.
- Ability to innovate and help shape our digital learning roadmap.
- Experience in induction, change, or transformation environments.
- A background in financial services or regulatory environments is preferred.
- Confidence in fast-moving, evolving environments with shifting priorities.
- Positive energy, insight, and fresh thinking are essential.
Nice to Have
- Experience in a similar role within a complex sector.
- Familiarity with AI and digital learning tools.
- Proven track record of successful training delivery.
