About the Role
Join HyperHug as a Lead User Acquisition Manager for Mobile Games and take charge of our user acquisition strategy. This role offers a unique opportunity to work remotely while contributing to the development of our flagship game, Oxide: Survival Island. As a Lead User Acquisition Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sustainable growth through innovative user acquisition strategies.
What You'll Do
- Build and scale the User Acquisition process for Oxide: Survival Island, ensuring effective campaign execution.
- Plan, launch, and optimize user acquisition campaigns across various channels, taking full hands-on responsibility.
- Own campaign analytics: track performance and work with key metrics to drive decision-making.
- Define requirements and briefs for ad creatives and evaluate their performance to enhance user engagement.
- Continuously test new hypotheses, channels, and approaches to improve efficiency and scalability of user acquisition efforts.
- Prepare regular performance reports and insights for stakeholders to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of solid user acquisition experience in mobile games, particularly with in-app purchase monetization.
- Proven experience in building user acquisition processes from scratch.
- Deep understanding of the USA market dynamics.
- Extensive experience with Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Meta, and Unity Ads.
- Strong analytical mindset with confidence in working with data and making predictions.
- Ability to provide actionable feedback on ad creatives, including concepts, formats, and messaging.
- Fluent English is required; fluent Russian is a strong plus.
Nice to Have
- Experience in mid-core/hard-core titles.
- Familiarity with mobile gaming trends and user behavior.
- Previous experience in a leadership role within user acquisition.
