About the Role

We are seeking a Lead Product Manager - AI-Powered Tax Advisor Platform to join our innovative team at Taxfix. In this remote role, you will play a crucial part in shaping our AI-driven product strategy, enabling our internal users and external partners to deliver exceptional tax services. Your leadership will directly impact our mission to simplify tax filing for millions.

What You'll Do

• Define and evolve the product strategy and roadmap for the Tax Advisor Platform, focusing on AI-first solutions that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, and Customer Support, to ensure alignment on product objectives and user needs.
• Conduct user research to understand the needs of tax advisors and internal teams, establishing feedback loops to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
• Analyze market trends and regulatory constraints to inform product decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
• Drive hypothesis-driven product management, utilizing data and user insights to foster continuous learning and experimentation.
• Establish KPIs and success metrics to measure the impact of product initiatives, focusing on operational efficiency and user adoption.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to prioritize customer problems and business objectives, ensuring successful execution of product strategies.
• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of high-quality products, leveraging AI throughout the development process.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a high-growth environment.
• Hands-on experience in building AI-driven products, with a focus on internal tools and process improvement.
• Proven ability to manage product development from discovery to delivery in a cross-functional setting.
• Strong decision-making skills based on qualitative and quantitative insights, including user research and data analysis.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of driving results and delivering measurable business impact.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of creating structured, data-informed narratives.
• Experience in B2B fintech is a plus.
• Fluency in English and German is required.
