About the Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Lead Payroll Specialist to join our team in a remote capacity. As a Lead Payroll Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing payroll operations, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP and Dutch GAAP, and implementing best practices across our payroll processes. What You'll Do

• Oversee payroll operations for multiple clients, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll in a remote environment.
• Implement and maintain payroll systems, including SAP and Google Sheets, to enhance data integrity and streamline operations.
• Lead payroll implementation projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transitions.
• Utilize analytical skills to identify trends and areas for improvement within payroll processes.
• Develop and execute payroll strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
• Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with local and international payroll regulations, including U.S. GAAP and Dutch GAAP.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address payroll-related inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in payroll management, with a focus on leading teams in a remote setting.
• Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, including U.S. GAAP and Dutch GAAP.
• Proficiency in payroll software, particularly SAP and Google Sheets.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in B2B and SaaS environments is a plus.
