About the Role

We are seeking a Lead Metallurgy & Corrosion Engineer to join our innovative team in a remote capacity. This role is pivotal as we tackle some of the largest projects in the energy sector, focusing on the development of energy infrastructure. As a Lead Metallurgy & Corrosion Engineer remote position, you will provide specialist technical input to support engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities.

What You'll Do

• Deliver engineering documents and provide technical support within budget and schedule constraints.
• Develop specifications for fabrication and welding processes, ensuring compliance with applicable codes and standards.
• Oversee corrosion management and welding engineering oversight.
• Contribute to the development of project specifications and documentation for energy infrastructure projects.
• Support the client in ensuring safe, reliable, cost-effective, and compliant design solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in metallurgy and corrosion engineering.
• Strong understanding of materials engineering and welding processes.
• Experience in developing specifications for piping systems and equipment.
• Ability to manage projects effectively and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team.
