Lead Employee Relations Investigations Manager - Remote
About the Role
We are seeking a Lead Employee Relations Investigations Manager - Remote to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will lead a global team of investigators, enhancing the strategic direction and operational excellence of our investigative services. Your leadership will be instrumental in shaping policies and practices that ensure ethical compliance and effective handling of employee relations cases, impacting the organization on a broad scale.
What You'll Do
- Manage a global team of investigators, providing consultation and direction for cases managed across the team.
- Develop strategies for Employee Relations Investigations resourcing based on case volumes, trends, and business needs.
- Analyze data trends and develop proactive action plans for key stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with Field HR to manage investigative processes and provide coaching.
- Ensure consistent handling of case outcomes in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Identify trends and emerging issues that may require future investigative activity.
- Ensure investigators comply with applicable legal requirements and company policies.
- Support the development and measurement of goals and objectives for continuous improvement of investigative programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 8+ years in investigations or similar work (security, special investigations).
- Experience leading teams effectively.
- Familiarity with Navex/AIMs systems is a plus.
- Proven ability to work independently, take initiative, and adhere to plans.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office or similar tools to produce effective communication materials.
- Experience analyzing and utilizing data to effectively communicate findings.
Nice to Have
- Field HR experience strongly preferred; Labor Relations/MFG experience preferred.
