About the Role

We are looking for a People Projects Manager to join our dynamic team at Tabby. This remote opportunity allows you to lead high-impact, cross-functional People initiatives in a high-growth environment. As a People Projects Manager, you will partner closely with key stakeholders across the business and coordinate execution across multiple workstreams, ensuring clarity, delivery discipline, and an exceptional employee experience.

What You'll Do

  • Own and drive a portfolio of strategic People projects end-to-end: discovery, scoping, planning, execution, launch, and post-launch optimization.
  • Build and manage project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communications across multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Lead complex company-wide initiatives, including performance review program delivery and continuous improvement.
  • Manage compliance and mandatory training programs, ensuring design, rollout, tracking, reporting, and audit readiness.
  • Facilitate survey and feedback programs to enhance engagement and action planning.
  • Design and rollout leadership development programs in collaboration with L&D and leadership.
  • Rework country-specific processes driven by regulatory requirements and operational realities.
  • Define and track measurable outcomes to drive continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate rollout communications and enablement, including stakeholder briefings and training materials.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of experience leading strategic HR/People projects in a high-growth, international environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering company-wide, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong program/project management fundamentals, including scope control and risk mitigation.
  • Ability to operate confidently across levels, from senior leadership to operational teams.
  • Analytical mindset with experience working with metrics and operational reporting.
  • Advanced level of English with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in regulated environments and HR process localization.
  • Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum.
  • Experience building or running leadership development programs at scale.
