Landscape Construction Crew Supervisor - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

Chalet’s Landscape Division in North Chicago, IL is seeking a Landscape Construction Crew Supervisor remote to join our Production Department. This position reports to the Director of Production and will partner with the team to ensure that we install design/build jobs according to plans, within budget, and meeting our customers’ expectations.

What You'll Do

• Manage, train, and develop crews, ensuring safety and performance of foremen, lead men, and laborers.
• Dispatch and assign tasks to crews while assisting in scheduling work for maximum efficiency.
• Supervise landscape construction jobs, tracking materials and ensuring quality of work adheres to plans.
• Communicate with customers and team members throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Support crews by delivering materials and tools to job sites and assisting with repairs as needed.

Requirements

• Previous experience in landscape construction, project management, or construction management.
• Strong knowledge of hardscaping techniques, carpentry, masonry, and irrigation.
• A degree in a related field or CLT certification is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and able to lift 50+ lbs.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
