About the Role

We are seeking a Knowledge Management Specialist to join our team in a remote capacity. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the design, configuration, and maintenance of SharePoint Online sites and solutions, focusing on business enablement and process improvement. Your expertise will help us deliver user-friendly digital solutions that enhance our organizational efficiency.

What You'll Do

  • Administer day-to-day operations of SharePoint Online sites, including lists, libraries, permissions, and content organization.
  • Configure modern site pages, views, web parts, navigation, and metadata to meet business needs.
  • Assist in maintaining documentation libraries, templates, and content lifecycle governance.
  • Support site owners with troubleshooting and content updates, ensuring best practices are followed.
  • Design and maintain production-grade SPFx solutions using React, TypeScript, and modern toolchains.
  • Integrate with Microsoft Graph and SharePoint REST APIs, managing authentication, pagination, and error handling.
  • Architect and support Power Automate cloud flows for various automation tasks.
  • Collaborate with team members to implement new features and refine specifications based on technical needs.

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in web design, responsive design, and digital user experience.
  • Strong familiarity with modern SharePoint concepts and front-end technologies including React and TypeScript.
  • Proficiency with SharePoint REST and Microsoft Graph APIs, including JSON column formatting.
  • Hands-on experience creating and supporting Power Automate cloud flows.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and provide comprehensive project status updates.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify workflow improvements and problem resolution capabilities.
  • High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Web development certification from an accredited program is a plus.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with CSS/SCSS modules and accessibility standards.
  • Leadership experience in project management.
