Junior UI/​UX Designer - Remote Position

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Junior UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team at Hyge. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Junior UI/UX Designer looking to work remotely and make a significant impact in the software development industry. As a Junior UI/UX Designer, you will collaborate with project managers, developers, and other designers to create intuitive and visually appealing digital interfaces. This role is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
• Maintain and enhance design systems to ensure consistency across products.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and improve designs.
• Work closely with developers and project managers to ensure designs are feasible and meet project requirements.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and best practices in UI/UX.
• Think critically about design constraints across different platforms, including mobile, tablet, and desktop.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in UI/UX design for multi-platform applications (web and mobile).
• Proficiency in Figma, including components, auto layout, and design systems.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience in creating UX flows and wireframes.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with developers and project managers using tools like Jira.
• Knowledge of responsive design principles and breakpoints.

Nice to Have

• Experience with user research and usability testing.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS.
• Portfolio showcasing previous design work.
