About the Role

We’re hiring a Junior Network Engineer to join our dynamic team in a fully remote capacity. As a Junior Network Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in designing, maintaining, and optimizing our network infrastructure, ensuring reliable connectivity and performance across our systems.

What You'll Do

  • Design, configure, and maintain network systems, including LAN, WAN, VPN, and cloud connectivity.

Requirements

  • 0–4+ years of relevant experience in network administration, network engineering, or related IT roles.
  • Solid knowledge of networking protocols, routing, switching, firewalls, and VPNs.
  • Familiarity with network monitoring and diagnostic tools to ensure optimal performance.
  • Basic understanding of cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP is a plus).
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to tackle network issues effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and a structured working style for efficient operations.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment, demonstrating self-motivation.
  • Clear communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Fluent in English and based in Germany with legal authorization to work full-time.
