Junior–Middle Project Coordinator - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior–Middle Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Sigma Software. This Junior–Middle Project Coordinator remote position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced tools and SDKs for mobile applications. You will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient project delivery and fostering high-performing teams.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with Project & Account Managers and the Resource Manager to ensure efficient project delivery and high-performing teams.
• Support project life cycle activities including kick-off, closure, and handover.
• Drive people-focused initiatives: monitor team morale, conduct face-to-face meetings, coach team members on people-related topics, contribute to performance reviews, and support career roadmaps.
• Coordinate recruitment processes, including scheduling and conducting interviews.
• Develop and maintain project documentation: status reports, schedules, meeting agendas, and minutes.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
• Prepare presentations and document decisions and actions.
• Participate in process improvement activities and contribute to the development of project management best practices.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to optimize processes.
• Experience in people management activities, including recruitment and team development.
• Team-player attitude with a proactive and positive approach.
• Passion for continuous learning and self-improvement.
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Jira or Trello.
• Knowledge of mobile application development processes.
