This remote position allows you to work from anywhere while focusing on U.S. business hours (EST). As a New Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth. What You'll Do
- Conduct high-volume outbound calling (50+ calls per day) to prospect and qualify new business opportunities.
- Manage your own sales pipeline and close contracts independently.
- Utilize CRM systems effectively to track leads and manage customer relationships.
- Perform sales demos and presentations to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for closing deals.
- Participate in regular performance reviews every 3 months to assess progress and set goals.
- Maintain strong communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
- Contribute to a supportive team environment focused on revenue growth.
Requirements
- 1–3+ years of outbound sales experience, preferably in a high-volume calling environment.
- Proven ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Experience running sales demos and presentations.
- Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Zoho or HubSpot.
- Availability to work during U.S. Eastern Time business hours.
- Entrepreneurial or startup experience is a plus.
- Experience selling services to U.S. businesses is advantageous.
