QA Technical Administrator - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated QA Technical Administrator to join our team at Syensqo. This remote QA Technical Administrator position focuses on ensuring the effective management of quality administrative functions, QA laboratory document control, and training matrix administration. You will work closely with the Quality Manager to maintain compliance and improve our laboratory processes.

What You'll Do

• Assist the Quality Manager with compliance monitoring and prepare monthly compliance reports.
• Manage document control for Batch Release Testing Labs, ensuring all documents are up-to-date and compliant.
• Oversee training documentation for laboratory staff, including annual re-training and new process training.
• Collaborate with the Lab Manager to track customer compliance test requirements and update the compliance matrix.
• Provide administrative support for quality and laboratory-related projects, including conducting internal audits.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in QA compliance systems within a laboratory environment.
• Excellent IT skills and understanding of Aerospace and Automotive QMS systems.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Internal Auditor qualification is a plus.
• Ability to follow direction and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AS9100 and Nadcap certification processes.
• Familiarity with laboratory procurement and compliance maintenance.
