Service Management and Transformation Leader - Remote
About the Role
We are seeking a Service Management and Transformation Leader to join our team at Louis Dreyfus Company. This remote position plays a crucial role in driving the evolution of the Global Business Services (GBS) operating model. You will lead strategic initiatives across service management, process transformation, and organizational change, ensuring that our operations are efficient and effective.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain a robust knowledge management framework to support service resilience and scalability/standardization.
- Define the Business Continuity Plan (BCP) framework and ensure all critical business activities are tested and ready for continuity.
- Review and maintain the Business Relationship Management (BRM) governance and framework, ensuring quality in BRM routines.
- Collaborate with Center Managers and Transition Leaders to budget, track, and report value creation.
- Define and deploy internal communication strategies for the SBS organization, promoting transparency and engagement.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in shared services, GBS, or transformation leadership roles.
- Proven track record in service management and process standardization.
- Experience working in a matrixed, multicultural environment.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Fluent in English.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the agricultural goods industry.
- Knowledge of digitalization and automation processes.
- Familiarity with customer satisfaction metrics and service delivery KPIs.
