ICT Client & Collaboration Supporter - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated ICT Client & Collaboration Supporter to join our team remotely. In this role, you will ensure first-level and on-site support while assisting in the resolution of incidents at the second level. Your expertise will help optimize existing IT solutions and introduce new ones, making a significant impact on our operations.

What You'll Do

• Provide 1st level and on-site support for ICT clients.
• Assist in resolving incidents at the 2nd level.
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows and Mac clients using Intune.
• Optimize existing IT solutions and implement new ones, including analysis, testing, and documentation.
• Offer application support and administer Active Directory while maintaining technical documentation.
• Conduct system maintenance and provide instructions to staff.
• Participate in and lead infrastructure projects.
• Train end-users and support remote locations without local IT support.

Requirements

• Completed education as an IT specialist or a comparable qualification.
• At least 3 years of experience in an IT service desk environment.
• Strong knowledge of Intune, Microsoft Power Apps, networking technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), and common ITSM tools (e.g., ITIL).
• Experience with SCCM, PowerShell, and administration of Microsoft Teams and ServiceDesk Plus.
• Experience in technical project management.
• Ideally, an Apple certification.
• Familiarity with network printers and secure print solutions like "uniFlow".
• Good command of German and English; additional languages such as French or Spanish are a plus.
• Structured, independent work style with a strong focus on customer service and quality.
• Excellent communication skills and a team player mentality.
