About the Role

We are seeking a Junior Application Consultant to join our dynamic team at Tinexta. This Junior Application Consultant remote position offers an exciting opportunity to work alongside senior consultants on the implementation of the COMPASS system, specifically in the APS (Advanced Planning & Scheduling) and MES (Manufacturing Execution System) modules.

What You'll Do

  • Support the analysis of client functional requirements and define the implementation model.
  • Configure and parameterize the system in coordination with senior consultants.
  • Participate in application testing and validation of implemented solutions.
  • Conduct user training sessions and provide support during the go-live phases.
  • Manage application support requests and provide post-go-live assistance.
  • Document project details, including business blueprint and as-built documentation.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Management Engineering.
  • Recent graduate or up to 3 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Interest in industrial processes and information systems supporting production.
  • Basic knowledge of planning and industrial production processes.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving attitude.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites.
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with APS, MES, or ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of relational databases and SQL language.
  • Internship or thesis experience in industrial or application IT.
