About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Systems Team Lead to join our dynamic team working on the CMS QIO Platform. As the IT Systems Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing project management, ensuring quality reporting, and driving the success of federal programs.

What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Manage the implementation and configuration of IT systems, ensuring alignment with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring successful execution of initiatives.
• Utilize tools such as Jira and Confluence for project tracking and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the CMS QIO Platform and improve user experience.
• Conduct data analysis and governance to ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Implement best practices in IT project management, leveraging Agile and SAFe methodologies.
• Provide exceptional customer support and address any operational challenges that arise.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on healthcare systems.
• Proven leadership experience in managing teams and driving project success.
• Strong knowledge of CMS regulations and healthcare IT standards.
• Experience with data engineering and governance practices.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with AWS and backend development is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Certification in project management (PMP, Agile, or similar).
• Experience in content transformation and customer support systems.
• Familiarity with IVR and chatbot design.
