About the Role

We are seeking an IT Operations & Cybersecurity Specialist to join our dynamic team. This remote position offers you the chance to work autonomously while contributing to our cybersecurity initiatives. As an IT Operations & Cybersecurity Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the security and efficiency of our IT operations.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and monitor IT operations to ensure optimal performance.
  • Implement and maintain cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive information.
  • Conduct vulnerability assessments and incident response activities.
  • Utilize tools such as PowerShell, Bash, and Python for automation and scripting.
  • Collaborate with teams on cloud security initiatives, particularly within AWS and Kubernetes environments.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in IT operations and cybersecurity.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace administration.
  • Familiarity with ISO 27001 and security compliance frameworks.
  • Experience with user account management and security policies.
  • Strong understanding of risk management and GRC processes.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Okta for identity management.
  • Knowledge of security operations and incident response.
  • Certifications in cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP, CISM).
