About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Intern - Advocacy & Influence Assistant (Remote) to join our team at L'Occitane Group. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in the dynamic beauty and cosmetics industry while contributing to impactful advocacy and influence initiatives. You will play a vital role in supporting our team in executing influencer campaigns and analyzing performance metrics.

What You'll Do

• Assist in managing product gifting and seeding to influencers and content creators.
• Prepare and organize product shipments, ensuring timely delivery to targeted profiles.
• Update influencer databases and VIP contacts to maintain accurate records.
• Participate in performance analysis of influencer campaigns, tracking reach and engagement metrics.
• Support the team in coordinating various projects and events related to influencer marketing.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions for creative activations and campaigns.
• Help centralize and share information across European teams to ensure smooth communication.
• Assist in creating reports and dashboards to present campaign performance insights.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in communication, marketing, or a related field.
• Strong interest in the beauty industry and influencer marketing.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Excel and reporting tools.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate effectively in an international environment.
• Motivated by challenges and able to maintain composure in fast-paced situations.
• Able to thrive in a dynamic environment where every day presents new opportunities.
