About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director or Vice President of Project Management to join Dianthus Therapeutics in a remote capacity. This role is pivotal in leading integrated project planning across the full lifecycle of drug development, from early clinical development through regulatory approval and commercialization. As the Executive Director / Vice President of Project Management, you will play a crucial role in our mission to provide transformative treatments for individuals suffering from severe autoimmune and inflammatory diseases.

What You'll Do

  • Lead project management for drug development initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Create and maintain detailed integrated project plans that guide the development process.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success and ensure timely delivery of clinical programs.
  • Identify and manage project risks and dependencies to mitigate potential issues.
  • Mentor junior project managers, fostering their growth and enhancing project management capabilities within the organization.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to keep them informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Continuously improve project management tools and practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Drive alignment and execution across teams to achieve project milestones.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in biotech or pharmaceutical development.
  • 10+ years of project management experience; PMP certification is required.
  • Strong understanding of drug development processes and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience mentoring junior project managers and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to balance timelines and competing priorities effectively.
  • Experience with drug-device combination products is a plus.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in a clinical-stage organization.
  • Background in monoclonal antibody development.
  • Familiarity with patient advocacy groups and healthcare professionals.
