Information Security Manager - Remote Opportunities Available
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Information Security Manager to join our team at EASA. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the effective implementation and continuous improvement of our Information Security Management System (ISMS). As an Information Security Manager remote, you will provide expertise in information security, cybersecurity, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
What You'll Do
- Support the CISO in maintaining and evolving the ISMS, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
- Conduct risk and compliance assessments and advise on appropriate security controls.
- Monitor emerging threats and vulnerabilities, providing insights to mitigate them.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security into business processes.
- Design and deliver tailored information security training programs for employees at all levels.
- Create educational materials to promote a culture of security awareness.
- Perform technical assessments, including cybersecurity risk assessments and penetration tests.
- Document and present assessment results to stakeholders, providing actionable recommendations.
Requirements
- Thorough knowledge of one of the EU languages (C1 level) and satisfactory knowledge of another (B2 level), including English.
- A university degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in information security or cybersecurity.
- Practical knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST CSF, or similar frameworks.
- Experience with security or risk assessment tools and techniques.
Nice to Have
- National or international certification in cybersecurity or information security.
- Experience in designing and delivering cybersecurity awareness campaigns.
