Influencer Marketing Manager - Games (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking an Influencer Marketing Manager - Games (Remote) to manage and grow relationships across a portfolio of game publishers in the European market. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building strong partnerships, delivering exceptional service, and contributing to commercial growth.

What You'll Do

• Serve as a primary contact for assigned client accounts, building strong, long-term relationships based on trust, performance, and transparency.
• Maintain regular communication, ensuring clients feel consistently supported and informed.
• Anticipate client needs and proactively present solutions before challenges arise.
• Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns, ensuring seamless execution across global markets.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (media buying, creative, operations) to deliver best-in-class results.
• Oversee campaign management and quality control, maintaining high standards for deliverables, timelines, and reporting.
• Own account performance metrics and ensure clear ROI tracking.
• Present campaign insights and strategic recommendations with clarity and confidence.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience in influencer marketing.
• Proven ability to innovate in the creator space, pioneering new approaches and delivering first-class creator experiences.
• Experience executing six-to-seven figure campaigns for AAA and global gaming brands.
• Strong technical understanding of influencer tools, analytics, tracking systems, and CRM platforms.
• Exceptional communication, relationship management, and stakeholder alignment skills.
• Highly analytical with the ability to turn data into clear insights and business recommendations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple, high-complexity projects under tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English required; additional European language(s) a strong advantage.
