About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Influencer Marketing Lead (Remote) to spearhead our influencer strategy for the sports predictions product at Crypto.com. This foundational role offers high autonomy and the opportunity to design, implement, and scale the influencer program within the regulated US derivatives and predictions landscape.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute a full-funnel influencer strategy, collaborating with stakeholders to balance awareness and customer acquisition for our sports prediction product.
  • Source and manage a diverse portfolio of influencers across platforms such as X, YouTube, TikTok, and Twitch.
  • Negotiate various deal structures (CPA, Rev-Share, Flat fee, Gifting) to ensure efficient partnerships against target CPM.
  • Work closely with the Sports Prediction Growth Hacker to integrate influencers into campaigns and promotions.
  • Manage influencer whitelisting and paid media amplification to extend content reach using platforms like Meta ads manager.
  • Collaborate with the community management team to ensure authentic influencer integration into the product's community strategy.
  • Act as the primary interface for Legal and Compliance teams, ensuring all influencer partnerships are compliant with regulations.
  • Utilize reporting tools like Tableau and Impact.com to measure growth and communicate channel value to senior leadership.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Influencer Management, particularly in the US Sports Betting, financial services, or regulated gaming sectors.
  • Deep understanding of the US influencer landscape and experience managing diverse talent.
  • Proven track record in building influencer programs from scratch in highly regulated markets.
  • Expert proficiency with influencer management tools like Impact.com.
  • Strong negotiation skills to secure influencer agreements effectively.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and navigate ambiguous environments.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Podcast advertising and navigating compliance risks in live streaming.
  • Background in US state-level considerations for gaming or financial products.
