Regional Manager - Customer Success (Remote)
About the Role
We are seeking a Regional Manager - Customer Success to join our team at CarOnSale, a leading tech company in the European used car market. This remote position allows you to be the face of CarOnSale in Tübingen, where you will manage and develop existing customer relationships, identify growth opportunities, and strategically expand our network.
What You'll Do
- Conduct customer onboarding by introducing new clients to our platform, ensuring they maximize the benefits from the start.
- Provide strategic customer consulting by analyzing client needs, identifying sales potentials, and demonstrating how they can expand their business through CarOnSale.
- Develop long-term customer relationships by recognizing expansion opportunities and implementing them effectively.
- Plan customer visits and routes flexibly and efficiently to achieve maximum proximity and optimal results.
- Document all activities in Salesforce and collaborate regularly with your team to share best practices and learn from each other.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in B2B sales or a proven track record of measurable successes.
- Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification.
- Driver's license Class B and willingness to travel occasionally.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems (preferably Salesforce).
- Strong communication and consulting skills, with the ability to build trust quickly.
- Self-initiative and a desire to continuously improve processes and outcomes.
- Team-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving measurable success for both clients and yourself.

- Experience in field sales and customer account management.
