Finance Business Partner (SG&A) - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Finance Business Partner (SG&A) to join our dynamic team at Vista Global. This remote role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with senior management and cost center owners, facilitating and monitoring business performance while providing critical financial analysis. As a Finance Business Partner (SG&A), you will play a vital role in our fast-growing private aviation business, which is experiencing unprecedented demand due to our tailored business jet programs and commitment to excellence.

What You'll Do

• Oversee spending associated with VistaJet SG&A expenditure and provide timely SG&A Flash numbers with insightful commentary.
• Support functional leaders in understanding their cost base and variances to budget through value-added results analysis and action-focused outputs.
• Develop and produce budget monitoring reports for cost center owners, including monthly and quarterly information packages for consolidated group functional spend.
• Facilitate monthly budget monitoring meetings between cost center owners and their teams to enhance understanding of their cost base.
• Review processes underpinning key cost categories to identify potential weaknesses and cost inefficiencies.
• Prepare and present financial information, analytics, and insights to executives, challenging their thinking and driving efficiencies.
• Support the annual budgeting process for Group functions, recommending improvements for the forthcoming year.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis, research, and reporting as required.

Requirements

• Recognized degree or professional qualification in accounting or finance.
• Finance experience, preferably in business partnering, commercial, and/or FP&A roles.
• Dynamic personality with a flexible, can-do attitude during busy periods.
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to synthesize insights and explain financial concepts to non-finance personnel.
• Comprehensive understanding of accounting processes and internal controls.
• Excellent soft skills, including communication, relationship building, presentation, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
• Experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP.
